Understand Hypertension

Hypertension simply high blood pressure is not a disease. It is just an indication that your system is not normal.

For your automobile you need fuel to run that automobile either car or bike or any vechicle. There would be an engine which converts energy from fuel it receives into motion. very simple logic. The same way your body, that includes all of its internal organs and glands like heart,lungs,liver,kidney and pancreas and more needs to perform their respective jobs to keep your body healthy and you live healthily and comfortably so that you can do your best to yourself, your family and to the society where you live.

Each organ of your body need its quota of blood at every second and blood should contain all necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients. It should have any toxic materials. Blood carries oxygen to each every part of your body.

Your body parts or organs or cells two important things to stay alive,healthy. Those two things are water and oxygen which are carried by blood(an important liquid which consists of not only water, oxygen and many more vital nutrients and many more). Therefore your blood should be pure and healthy.

Let us assume you have healthy blood. Blood travel around your body in a minute tube like structure called arteries. This tube(arteries) is the life line of all organs to receive its quota of blood with full of oxygen,water and other important nutrients to perform its duty(each organ has to perform its duty).

Heart pumps blood to all organs including to itself (heart) also. Now you could understand how much important this pumping action by heart. Heart pumps blood with a certain pressure so that blood can reach to all vital organs(for that matter all your internal and external organs are vital) in time without any hindrance. The pure blood pumped by heart reaches to all parts through that important tube(called ARTERIES) is very very strong and elasticity and flexible. Blood flows freely in those ARTERIES to all organs enabling all organs to perform their duties. It is a team effort of all organs to keep you healthy(as well wealthy).

Just assume if clean water without any impurities flows through a pipe, so that it can reach all outlet points of water for our use. Same way blood goes through ARTERIES (pure blood) to all organs.

The motor or downward pressure which sends water through a pipe with a certain pressure. If there is any block because of impurities in the water or block or obstacle in the pipe, the water has to flows throw that obstacle or block very slowly or may not passes through that obstacle at all. Then what happens, you get less water at the outlet or at the point where you would using that water. Because you get less water at the receiving point, all your activities would take extra time or at worst scenario you may not at all finish your activity.

Same phenomenon at your ARTERIES also. If your arteries has a block or obstacle or if your blood is not clean and with all impurities(called TOXINS),the organ whose artery path has an obstacle or block will get less blood. That organ then will do its duty well below what is has to do. Then your brain(your high command) will see that particular organ is not performing to the level it is expected. Brain come to a conclusion that particular organ is not receiving its full quota of blood, and that is why it is performing well. Therefore the brain tries to clear block by sending more pressurized blood. For that brain instructs heart to pump blood with more pressure. Now if you measure your blood pressure, it apparatus which measures your blood pressure shows your blood pressure is high.

Do you think the reason for your high blood pressure is because of that measuring apparatus, then you are wrong. Then if you think that your high blood pressure is due to heart. Exactly you are right. High blood pressure is due to your heart. But your heart is not the culprit. Actually it is over working because of that block or obstacle in your arteries. The real culprit is that block. Therefore high blood pressure is mostly(upto 99%) due to a block or obstacle in you the arteries somewhere in your body.

You can easily tackle the high blood pressure with diet itself. All the medicines available in the market is making your heart to pump in the normal pressure but it is not clearing that block.

To clear that block, you can easily do by your diet itself. First your blood should be cleansed. To remove the impurities in your blood, first thing you can do is stop adding the impurities in your blood. How????. Avoid cholesterol rich food, salt rich food(which coagulates your blood more), oily food, calcium rich food because blood also carries calcium along with it.

Avoid cholesterol,salt,oil and calcium rich food.

Take lots of fiber(digestible fiber or water soluble fiber) like baked vegetables BROCCOLI,SPINACH, BEANS, CABBAGE AND MORE. Further you should take vegetables rich in water like cucumber, water melon, radish and many more. Especially cucumber and water melon are very rich in properties to break the condensed fat contents in your arteries into very very thin particle which can be easily excreted through your urine and fecal matters. Cucumber and water melon also have very good properties to clean the block through it its soothing and cleaning properties.

So why wait. tackle your hypertension in the right way. Through your diet. (Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension-- in simple terms DASH/ FDA(USA)).

We need to maintain our good health for very obvious reasons. First and foremost reason to maintain good health is for our own convenience and comforts. That is if we maintain our health in a good way, first what we get is happiness, more time(because less time spend with doctors), passive income(that is lot of money is saved from spending to buy medicines and related products), and thirdly we can see happiness in the faces of your kids, wife/husband, friends and neighbours.
You no need to take leave from your office because of your illness and more and more.So what we have to do to maintain good health.

I wont ask you to start exercising from the day one. Or i wont ask you to stop or get rid of all of your bad habits. As a human being every individual will definitely have one bad habit, like petring, or addictive to alcohol, addictive to cigarettes or some other addiction. I wont ask you to get rid of bad habits immediately. Preaching or advising others is the easiest job in the world.

You can wonder what i am going to tell to maintain good health. There is a very, very simple method to maintain good health. First you tell your mind, subconscious mind that you are very healthy and in good spirits. The trick is you should feel and believe that you are mentally very happy always, and in good health.

The next point is eat more vegetables only boiled, without adding any salt or oil. Boiled vegetables with out salt or oil should be more than your staple food (like rice or wheat) in each meal. The boiled vegetables without salt and oil, will cleanse your blood stream, remove the toxic waste in your blood stream.

Also take lot of fruits. I am not asking you to do exercise regularly or i am not asking to quit your bad habits. That would be much later in the process to get good health. First two steps are definitely taking lot of boiled vegetables to cleanse your blood stream and fruits.
Quantity should be more than your staple food in your each meal. Ok you may think now that how can be possible that i could take lot of vegetables and fruits due to financial constraint, situational constraint or some other reason. For that also i have simple solution. Please make sure that whenever possible you follow. Atleast once in a month, or twice in a month. But never stop to do atleast whenever you can do. Supposing you could not take boiled vegetables and fruits more than your staple food in quantity for three four months, dont worry, atleast take lot of vegetables whenever you can, whenever you remeber, whenever you want to do.
Hope i am the only person to tell such a solution for a healthy living and healthy body.
